All teaching and support staff undergo a comprehensive registration process, including:

• Interview with a trained Education Recruitment Consultant
• Verification of address, identity, and right to work
• Full 10-year employment history review
• Two professional references
• Enhanced DBS certificate (regularly updated)
• Children’s Barred List check
• Disqualification Under the Childcare Act 2006 check
• Verification of qualifications & safeguarding training
• Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) checks
• Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable)
• Medical fitness confirmation

We support all candidates throughout the registration process, providing clear guidance on documentation and compliance requirements.
